Our starting point is to sort the land sales that appear daily in the land registry's presentation book to identify properties with high real estate development potential, i.e. "land".
The value of this data lies in the research and validation associated with each of these transactions, in order to identify the developers and real estate investors behind them, and to establish a plausible hypothesis of a realistic project that could be carried out on each of these plots of land.
We then analyze the data to calculate the verified buildable square feet (for multi-residential use) and the number of units or doors (for single-family use).
